I have always been fascinated by history. The “who, what, when, where, how and why” of things, especially drugs.
This site will explore the history of drugs.
It is amazing the stories that surround drugs.
Recently I’ve been made aware of the effect nutrition has on our bodies. I will also share what I learn about nutrition from time to time.
Lastly, since I am a health professional, I will comment on health issues if I feel I have something to contribute.
